Job Description

– – – Before you apply for this position; know that we offer a very high earning potential with commision on top of your basic $600/month, of $500 per placement of one of your sourced candidates. With a minimum requirement of 2 placements per month, and on average, our Sourcers make 4 placements per month, but the potential is unlimited. We’re a recruitment agency based in the UK specialising in permanent recruitment in the UK and the US. We are a highly motivated and driven team and we are only looking for highly motivated and driven people to join us.

Due to our successful business model and organic growth, we are looking to hire another enthusiastic and driven Recruitment Sourcer to work closely with our experienced Recruitment Executives, who will support and coach you to help make sure you can hit and surpass your commision goals.

You will be responsible for developing effective sourcing strategies for a diverse range of positions within the following sectors across the UK and US:
– Finance & Accounting
– Legal – Solicitors / Attorneys

• Building LinkedIn profile
• Evaluation and introduction of suitable candidates for client requirements
• Qualification and short listing of candidates through in-depth screening
• Delivering high quality candidates
• Increasing candidate base through referrals and executive searching
• Generating leads and market information
• Ensure records are kept up to date and accurate
• Responding to connections & messages LinkedIn
• Adding candidates to our CRM
• Finding job leads
• Arranging Calls on Behalf of Executives
• Tidy up Candidate Map
• Excellent customer service skills
• Liaison between you and other team members

Description:
You’ll be tasked with supporting our recruitment consultant and partnering with our remote existing team. You’ll also:
-Source top talent as per role given
-Do administrative works related to candidate sourcing i.e., database building, building network of candidates in LinkedIn
-Other minimal tasks

Requirements:
-Experience in remote recruiting
-Experience in LinkedIn Sourcing
-Degreed or equivalent work experience
-Technical Savvy- Reliable Computer (with camera) and Readily available working backup computer (At least Core I3 Processor, 4GB RAM/higher)
– Internet connections (3mbps plan or higher with 2mbps running speed)
– Quality Over-Ear headset with noise cancellation
