WHO WE ARE
We are a growing US-based legal marketing and intake center that performs client acquisition for personal injury and mass tort law firms. This vertical is growing fast! This position involves developing introductory business relationships with law firms and has lots of room for professional growth + residual commissions on top of the hourly wage.

BACKGROUND INFORMATION & COMPANY OVERVIEW
Our growing team of Legal Intake Specialists call potential claimant-victims who submitted their details online after being injured by a consumer product. This can occur when a manufacturer fails to warn that its medical device, medication, or over-the-counter product could cause serious health complications that often affects tens of thousands of people.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR ONE PERSON FOR THE FOLLOWING ROLES:

SALES & MARKETING TO LAW FIRMS: This is your primary role. To start, you will send LinkedIn messages and email messages to attorneys who practice personal injury and mass tort law to establish a contact, set a sales appointment, and add them to a marketing funnel to nurture a relationship. Once trained on this marketing side, you will be trained on how to call 50+ law firms daily to promote our services in a similar manner.. ALL sales lead to commissions. We have enjoyed 100% repeat business from our clients, which means repeat commissions. Feedback from our law firm clients and other intake centers is that we provide the most accurate, complete, and comprehensive client intakes in the industry.

BACKUP CASE MANAGER: This is a minor role. Learning about this task (reviewing the accuracy and completeness of a prospective claimant’s intake form) will allow you to (1) understand first-hand what we provide to law firms, (2) communicate the value we bring to law firms. and (3) explain why other firms say we are their #1 preferred vendor. It also provides a backup if the current Case Manager is out for the day, which should be rare. Naturally, training will be provided for this secondary/backup role since sales and marketing to law firms is primary.

We work to live . . . not live to work. There have been times our Legal Intake Specialists have earned $700 to $1,000 + per week. How much can you make selling this in-demand service? We do work hard and expectations are high, especially regarding details. We are all accountable for each other. That said, our Intake Specialists claim that our company provides a fun and rewarding environment with a family atmosphere.

WHAT WE OFFER
– Full-time: USD $6/ hour first 3 weeks; $7/hour next 2 months; $8/hour going forward | PLUS Commissions
– Training provided

REQUIREMENTS
– Self-motivated person who takes initiative
– Track record of sales and/or marketing experience
– Detail oriented
– Reliability and punctuality are critical
– Must work US-based times, specifically Dallas, Texas Central Time
– Workstation, headset, computer, reliable high-speed internet, tech savvy

Person would report directly to the President/Founder who has a Bachelor’s Degree with triple-major in Economics, Marketing, and Entrepreneurship plus a Law Degree. Grow and learn from 35 years of sales marketing, and legal experience!
