We are seeking to add an experienced legal sales specialist to fill the role of the law firm’s Client Success Specialist. The client success specialist will work on primarily handling all sales calls from new clients, and will be handling phone calls with current clients. Other tasks include managing the law firm email inbox and related administrative support tasks. The role will start at 28 hours/week (5.5 hours/day Monday-Friday) with the intent to increase to 40 hours per week (8 hours/day). We are looking for someone who is interested in having a long-term relationship with our firm. This is a remote position, and requires a 6-month minimum commitment.

Primary Duties:
• Live answering of patched incoming calls from potential clients, current clients, and court-related personnel
• Promptly returning calls and voicemails to potential clients, current clients and other callers
• Following up with potential clients through phone, email, and text messages
• Sending consultation an and retainer agreements to potential clients
• Managing the entire law firm email inbox, ensuring that all inquiries and emails are responded to in a timely fashion
• Downloading documents and filings and ensuring that client files are updated
• Following up with former clients for online reviews
• Ensuring overall satisfaction of new potential clients and current clients

Required Skills, Abilities and Tools:

• Advanced skills in speaking English fluently
• Advanced English writing skills
• Minimum education of a bachelor’s degree
• Steady access to Wi-Fi
• Previous experience as a legal assistant or legal sales professional
• Excellent reading and writing skills
• Excellent at communicating with new potential clients over the phone and selling legal services
• Detail-oriented, and frequently checks work to avoid mistakes
• Has a computer with video capabilities, and fast RAM
• Problem solver and quick thinker
