Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will assist attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and corporate meetings by performing various administrative and research tasks. The role demands a thorough understanding of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation, as well as strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Case Management:
Organize and manage legal documents and case files.
Assist in the preparation and filing of legal documents.
Monitor and update case statuses and timelines.

Research:
Conduct legal research on case laws, statutes, and regulations.
Gather relevant information and evidence to support case preparation.
Summarize and present findings to attorneys.

Document Preparation:
Draft and proofread legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and contracts.
Ensure all documents comply with legal standards and are error-free.

Client Interaction:
Communicate with clients to gather information and provide updates on case progress.
Maintain client confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Trial Preparation:

Assist attorneys in preparing for trials by organizing exhibits, witness lists, and trial notebooks.
Coordinate and schedule depositions, hearings, and meetings.

Administrative Support:
Manage attorney calendars and schedule appointments.
Handle administrative duties such as filing, faxing, and mailing documents.
Maintain and update databases and CRM systems.

Qualifications:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with court procedures and legal terminology.

Preferred:
Experience in criminal law
Proficiency in multiple languages.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research databases.

Working Conditions:
Full-time position with standard office hours.
Occasional overtime may be required to meet deadlines.

During the 4-weeks training period, you will earn 23,359.80 PHP plus 4,379.89 PHP per closed deal.
