Our client, is a document automation platform that law firms and other companies use to draft documents quickly. Knackly offers consulting services to help their customers program their documents so they don’t have to spend time doing it themselves.
Responsibilities
A document automation specialist will have the following tasks:
• Automate documents in Knackly according to customer requirements.
o Knackly uses a custom JavaScript-based programming language in our automation
o To learn more about Knackly, go to
• Test automated documents and revise as needed
o Apply Styles in Word, correct programming errors, and make other fixes
• Communicate with clients, answer client questions about programming and Knackly, and meet with clients when needed to review their documents and any requested changes
• Manage multiple client projects at a time
Requirements:
• Understand Microsoft Word Styles to:
o Create tables of contents
o Use different types of numbered lists
o Changes headings and paragraph styles
• Understand If/then conditional logic or programming logic
• Have a baseline understanding of programming concepts and a comfort with learning new technology
• Understand how to draft legal documents
• Have a sharp attention to detail
• Have personal computer to work on
• Good internet – all of our work is cloud-based
