Position: Ecomm Graphic Designer (Casual – Potential for Permanent)

About Us:
We are a dynamic duo with 20 years of experience combined in ecommerce digital marketing, embarking on a new venture set to revolutionize the industry. Our vision is to grow our brand (Anita the Label) to $10 million in revenue in 3 years, and we need a talented Graphic Designer to be part of our foundation as we launch in February 2024.

Responsibilities:
As our Graphic Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand’s visual identity. Your responsibilities include:

– Designing high-performing paid social creatives that captivate our audience.
– Crafting visually stunning email designs using Klaviyo to engage and convert.
– Developing web assets, including home page banners and product imagery, to elevate the online shopping experience.
– Active involvement in new product launches and major promotions like Black Friday.
– Collaborating on vetting and managing assets efficiently.
– Managing sprint cycles and working directly with the Head of Performance Marketing.

Requirements:

– Proficiency in Klaviyo design is a must.
– A keen eye for detail and an innate sense of exceptional design.
– Passion for women’s fashion and a desire to contribute to the growth of a cutting-edge brand.
– Willingness to learn and grow, with the potential for a more permanent position post-launch.
– To work within our tech stack such as ClickUp (Project Management) and Slack (IM). (Training can be provided!)
– Have experience in Women’s Fashion.
