Duties and Responsibilities
• Manage property enquiries and viewing applications
• Ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures
• Manage and oversee rent arrears process
• Support with daily and monthly reporting
• Uploading information to the company property management system
• Maintaining a high level of customer service through telephone calls and written e-mails/ letters
• Sending out paperwork to landlords and ensuring the property is compliant before marketing
• Keeping in contact with our centralised deal progression and property management teams to ensure we have all documents in place before a move in
• Providing feedback to Landlords, Tenants, and Applicants following viewings
• Coordinating and assisting with property inspections.
• Coordinate end of tenancy and pre tenancy work with lettings
