What You’ll Do

As a Technical Support Agent, you’ll be a part of 2 teams who are providing tech support services. The first team is providing tech support services to Agency owners & the second provides white-label tech support services directly to the clients of the agencies that work with us. If you are interested in this position you must have GoHighLevel experience. Please add your favorite feature of GoHighLevel at the very top of your application or your application will be ignored.

You’ll ensure that we are communicating solutions clearly & providing fast, high-quality support.

Your Responsibilities:

You will be able to provide quick, accurate, responses to questions with the highest quality of customer service

You will be able to communicate solutions clearly and concisely.

You will Identify, investigate, and resolves users problems in relation to Go HighLevel

You can maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude to customers/clients at all times

You will play a role in creating internal SOPs & resources that will allow the team to provide fast, high-quality support.

You will be able to independently research & find the core of the problem

Communicating regularly with clients about issues, bugs, and concerns.

Your goal will always be to provide the highest level of support & customer service

Our Perfect Candidate

1-2 years of experience working in GHL or another CRM

Ability to exercise technical judgment in solving tech support challenges.

Willing to work weekend shifts for coverage.
