Working Schedule: Pacific Standard Time (days and time to be determined once hired)
Our partner in Culver City, California is looking for Level 1 – IT Technical Support to be part of their dynamic team.
Responsibilities include:
Process incidents and requests via telephone and email
o Troubleshoot and resolve issues on the initial call when possible, utilizing the internal knowledge base, experience, and team resources
o Identify and escalate tickets to management or appropriate support groups when needed
o Document issues and troubleshooting steps concisely in the ticketing system
o Follow up on open issues with escalation groups to provide updates to customer
o Basic support and troubleshooting such as password resets, printer configurations, break/fix instructions, ticket routing, and escalation to Level 2 and Level 3 support groups
o Familiarity with common software installations (i.e. Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Cloud, etc.) and successfully following documented steps
· Provide support on Level 2 and Level 3 issues where configuration solutions have already been documented.
o Contact Center / Call Center VOIP: 8×8, Cisco, Mitel
o High Proficiency in providing support and troubleshooting Windows OS
o Microsoft 365: Active Directory, Outlook, Excel, Word
o Relevant Windows Server administration including:
– icrosoft Active Directory Administration- DHCP and DNS Knowledge- Microsoft Windows Server Support (2012/2016/2019)- Microsoft Windows Desktop Support (Windows 10)
o A plus to have knowledge and support experience with:
o Microsoft 365 Admin Center
o Azure Active Directory
o Exchange Admin Center
o Endpoint Manager Admin Center
Skills:
o Strong Customer Service Skills
o Excellent oral/written communication skills
o Experience with email systems and intermediate understanding of Active Directory & Network troubleshooting is required
o At least two years’ experience working on a help desk is required
· CompTIA+ is a plus but not required
