Job Description

Our company is 26 years in the field of Managed Technology Services and has also ventured recently into Outsourcing Solutions. We are seeking a self-motivated individual with a positive “can do” attitude to join our company.

Hours of working:
At least 4-6 hours a day Pacific Standard Time (PST) SPECIFICALLY from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM Pacific Time
*Part-time for now which can result to a Full-time position

Estimated Start: Mid-August

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Building relationships with customers
• Discuss and understand customer IT concerns
• Ensure IT tickets are acknowledged/resolved within reasonable time
• Will manage the IT ticketing system, i.e Zendesk / Freshdesk / OS Ticket
• Prepare regular Daily/Weekly reports to higher IT management
• Must be able to setup VoIP/UP setup, on premise IPvX or hosted IPvX’s
• Must be able to manage and setup Windows servers, Windows Desktop, Active Directory, Domain Administration
• Configure Linux and Cloud base setup and Email & Data Migrations

SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE HAS:
• Must have Remote Desktop Support skills
• At least 5-10 years of IT support experience or similar role
• Demonstrated work experience working in a US and Australian firms, corporate experience, is good to have but not required
• Demonstrated knowledge of computer operating systems, hardware and software
• Has Cloud and Data Migration, Cloud Configuration Setup skills is a benefit but not mandatory
• Customer service skills
• Nice to have an Information Technology or Engineering Science, or related course.
• Excellent comprehension in both verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to adapt and learn new software systems
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Is thorough and pays attention to detail
