As an operational IT role, you’ll need to participate in an on-call roster and occasionally conduct work outside normal business hours.

About the Opportunity
The L2 Support Engineer is an experienced IT professional focused on delivering support services & project work to CorpCloud’s client base via phone, email and face to face on-site.

They leverage a broad skill set and aptitude for technology to resolve client support incidents, escalating where required, participate in project work and coach & mentor other team members.

-Hold mid-advanced level qualifications or industry certifications (e.g. Microsoft/Cisco/Cert IV)
-At least two years experience in an IT support role

Essential Technical Skills
-Microsoft 365 & SharePoint / OneDrive / Teams administration, licencing and troubleshooting
-Sound understanding of Windows Server technologies equivalent to Microsoft intermediate level certifications
-Experience with Windows desktop operating systems (7, 8, 10) equivalent to MS MD-101 Managing Modern Desktops
-Experience with on-premise/cloud hybrid environments
-Sound understanding of networking technologies including routing & switching
-Experience with network security (Antivirus/Anti-malware, Firewalls, VPN, Proxy etc)
-Sound understanding of server and desktop hardware

Desirable Technical Skills
-Understanding of cloud solutions – AWS/Azure preferably with certifications
-Implement and manage VMWare/Hyper-V
Experience with hosted IP Telephony
Experience with backup and disaster recovery platforms
Understanding of Server hardware components
Cloud formation via console and automated techniques
PowerShell scripting and automation
Understanding of managed services & support ticketing software such as Connectwise Manage.
