JOB SUMMARY
Kalutasan, Inc has many roles for Level 2 helpdesk engineer services with premium US based MSPs. The Level 2 helpdesk engineer role typically involves working on L1 and L2 support tickets for MSP clients, while using PSA/RMM tools to deliver your services. These roles are EXCELLENT opportunities to advance your career as escalation points for other departments. You get to earn paid technology certifications while practicing every day what you are learning and taking your career to the next level.

Qualifications
Not all the experience listed below is required, but relevant experience includes:

• MSP Experience
• Basic knowledge of RMM and PSA tools
• Solid knowledge of MS365 including:
– User and group management
– SharePoint/OneDrive troubleshooting and management
• Entra/Azure AD
• Experience with conditional access and Intune
• Multifactor authentication management including DUO, Microsoft Authenticator, and Google Authenticator
• Basic Azure and AWS experience and troubleshooting
• Experience with remote access VPNs, site-to-site VPN
• Managing and troubleshooting wireless networks
• Mobile device support
• Basic networking skills
• Speed, performance, and connectivity issues
• End user support
• System administration including Active Directory and Group policy management
• Experience with VoIP technology and support
• Experience with Windows Server 2012, 2016, 2019, 2021
• Troubleshooting DHCP, DNS, file and print services
• Ability to close 10+ tickets per day
