*Job Description:

As a Level 3 IT Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in our MSP team, focusing on providing exceptional technical support and taking the lead on resolving complex IT issues. Your primary responsibilities will include:

> Technical Expertise:

– Demonstrating a high level of proficiency in Microsoft technologies, Azure, and Barracuda email systems.
– Serving as a level three technical expert, capable of handling advanced technical challenges and providing guidance to level one and two technicians.
– Keeping up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure we deliver cutting-edge solutions to our clients.

> Problem Solving:

– Independently identifying and resolving technical issues that our clients encounter, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption.
– Implementing effective troubleshooting strategies and processes to diagnose and rectify IT problems efficiently.

> Documentation and Standardization:

Organizing and centralizing essential client information, including passwords, access credentials, and configurations, using appropriate document management tools.
Working to standardize IT environments across clients to reduce troubleshooting and ensure a seamless IT experience.
Collaborating with team members to maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation.

*Requirements:

– Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support, with a focus on Microsoft technologies, Azure, and Barracuda email systems.
– Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
– Proficiency in document management and documentation best practices.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
– Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
– Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, Barracuda Certified Engineer) are a plus.
– Preference will be given to candidates that have worked for MSPs in the past
