Required Skills and Duties
• MSP Experience
• Defender for Office 365
• Nextgen firewalls (preferably Sophos)
• Ubiquitiy UniFi Networking/Meraki experience
• Sophos endpoint protection experience
• VoIP – 3CX a plus!
• Azure AD
• Office 365 Support and migration experience
• Microsoft Windows Server 2016, 2019, 2022
• 5+ years of experience
You must have proficient English skills, a keen sense of urgency, and great communication skills
