Company Overview:

24hr media (an AISEO company based in Canada) is searching for a passionate and driven individual to join our growing team as an Appointment Setter.

In this results-oriented role, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers, identifying qualified leads and scheduling appointments with our sales team. You’ll play a key role in driving sales pipeline growth by reaching out to prospects, understanding their needs, and effectively converting them into qualified appointments.

Responsibilities:

– Qualify leads through phone, email, and chat interactions, determining their needs and interest in our products or services.
– Schedule appointments with qualified leads at convenient times for them and our sales representatives.
– Effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings and address any initial concerns to build interest.
– Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, leaving a strong first impression for 24hr media.
– Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads and maximize appointment conversion rates.
– Utilize a CRM system to track lead interactions and manage appointments efficiently.

We are looking for someone who:

– Has a minimum of 2 years of experience in lead generation or appointment setting.
– Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and quickly gain trust with potential customers.
– Demonstrates strong active listening skills to understand prospect needs and effectively qualify leads.
– Is a persuasive communicator, able to clearly articulate the value proposition of our products or services.
– Has a results-oriented mindset and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
– Proficiency in using computers and a willingness to learn new software (CRM, scheduling tools).

Bonus points if you:
– Have experience exceeding appointment setting quotas.
– Possess knowledge of the digital marketing industry.
