Job Description

JOB SUMMARY:
Under the direct supervision of the Operations Supervisor, the Liaison Officer requires regular and diverse clerical tasks in support of the daily operational activities of Clark Operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Daily deposit of Cash and checks.
2. Daily withdrawal/encashment of checks.
3. Processing of documents to government agencies.
4. Dispatch of billing statements.
5. Office errands from Admin to Operation Department.
6. Establish effective communication systems and maintain good relationships with partners and clients
7. Carry out visits with various units and individuals which the department is engaged with
8. Accommodate diverse inquiries an tasks from partners and clients
9. Deal with people issues in a positive manner and ensure that appropriate responses are given to clients and partners
10. Coordinate work questionnaires, providing works information, dealing with queries, responding to complaints and resolving concerns
11. Liaise with other departments, companies and individuals for coordination concerns and issues
12. Assist in the preparation of reports
MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
1. Ensures security and safety policies, regulations, rules are followed and implemented.
2. Comply with established safety rules and regulations and processes and competency of the job.
3. Report incidents related to health, security and safety management.
OTHER FUNCTIONS:
1. Performs other related tasks as may be assigned by his superior.
2. Compliance and participation to the following documented procedures:
• Health

• 5S
• Environment
REPORTING RELATIONSHIP
The Liaison Officer reports to the Operations Supervisor.
WORKING CONDITION
The Legal Liaison will work mostly in the field and occasionally in the office
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
• Must be a college graduate of ay course with 3+ years experience in a similar capacity and similar industry
• Has initiative and high sense of responsibility
• Is highly organized and can multi task
• Is a good communicator
