Licensed Architect

Location: California, USA
Work Schedule: This is a remote position. US business hours (Pacific Time).

We are seeking a talented and experienced Architect to join our team. As an Architect, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end architectural process, from conceptual development to design execution. You will collaborate with design teams, clients, and construction professionals to deliver exceptional results. This is a remote position, and the successful candidate should have a reliable home office setup.

Responsibilities:
– Manage the end-to-end architectural process, including conceptual development, design execution, and project completion.
– Produce high-quality construction drawings, schematic designs, and Revit/CAD models.
– Provide detailed documentation, redlining, and coordination with design teams and clients.
– Stay updated on industry best practices, US residential codes, and regulations to ensure compliance.
– Conduct research and feasibility studies to gather accurate and comprehensive project information.
– Engage in seamless communication and collaboration with designers, decorators, and constructors.
– Thrive in a self-directed, deadline-driven environment.
– Showcase creativity and problem-solving skills to deliver exceptional architectural solutions.
– Perform any other duties or tasks that may be needed to support the team

Requirements:
– Proven experience in residential and real estate experience with in-depth knowledge in the development process.
– Architectural registration or license with at least 5 years of relevant work experience.
– Strong communication and presentation skills.
– Proficiency in Revit Architecture (2016 or higher) with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
– Project management abilities to ensure timely project completion.
– Ability to work independently and efficiently within US business hours (Pacific Time).
– Familiarity with architectural design software such as Revit Architecture and AutoCAD.

Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator.
Lumion 3D Rendering.
Enscape.

Reliable home office setup meeting the following specifications:
Processor: i5 or higher with at least 8GB DDR4 RAM (preferably i7 latest generation/version).
Hard Drive: 512GB SSD (1TB preferred) with a minimum of 250GB free space.
Video Card: minimum GTX/RTX 4GB 3050Ti (preferably 6GB 3060).
Operating System: Windows 10 or higher.
Internet Connection: Minimum 25MBPS download and 10MBPS upload.
