Licensing Trainer

We are looking for a Licensing Specialist who has an outgoing and positive personality who can freely express their thoughts and ideas. And also confident, professional and energetic while sharing their knowledge and experience in training in a group setting. The purpose of this role is to help train individuals who are learning their way in the Life Insurance industry.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Conduct training through online using different communication tools/software like Zoom.
2. Develop and provide interactive online training to assist in the retention of lessons and skills acquired during the training.
3. Create supplemental training materials, such as manuals, training presentation and handout materials.
4. Help in identifying areas for improvement with regards to training.
5. Demonstrate all acquired knowledge and skills about Life Insurance
6. Assist in identifying the agents’ continuing training needs and create, develop, and implement the necessary learning resources to meet those needs.
7. Assess the effectiveness of the training by, for example, keeping track of agent’s output and performance.
8. Create, implement and monitor skill assessments and metrics.
9. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
10. Is a team-player that can work efficiently with a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications:
1. Must have a recent experience of working as a Trainer for at least 1-2 years.
2. Preferably with knowledge and experience regarding Life Insurance
3. With an experience of speaking in front of a large number of audience
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
5. Has knowledge of various teaching or training methods and approaches.
6. Excellent organizational skills.
7. Working knowledge of various communication software/tools like Zoom, Skype, etc.
8. Can commit to a full-time remote work.
9. Willing to work on a graveyard shift
