– Description of The Role –
This is an exploratory position involving 10 hours per month with regular compensation. The concept behind it is to provide our team with a dedicated life coach who can offer guidance both personally and professionally. This role involves helping individuals navigate through life challenges or work-related issues based on their current focus. The primary question to address is “what obstacles are hindering their mental growth,” whether on a personal or professional level.
In this capacity, you may find yourself providing marital coaching, offering guidance on friendship dynamics, assisting in achieving a healthier life/work balance, advising on interpersonal relationships in the workplace, and, if requested, intervening on an individual’s behalf. All interactions with each team member will be treated confidentially, and you are expected to develop a profound contextual understanding of each person to address any conflicts or concerns.
Currently, we are a team of five, including myself, and the success of this role is still uncertain. To gauge its effectiveness, the initial offering is 10 hours a month, comprising two hours of one-on-one sessions per person scheduled with you.
