Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Appointment Setter to join our team. This role involves reaching out to potential clients who have expressed interest in our life insurance products through social media inquiries. You will be responsible for effectively communicating the benefits of our policies, qualifying leads, and setting appointments for our underwriting team.

Key Responsibilities:

Initiate contact with potential clients using the provided “Hall of Fame” script to introduce Fidelity Insurance and the benefits of Indexed Universal Life Insurance.

Confirm lead information and ensure accuracy in lead data, including state of residence and contact details.
Explain the no-physical, questionnaire-based pre-qualification process to leads and address any questions or concerns.
Provide leads with verified producer links and ensure they can access and understand the information provided.
Qualify leads based on their financial needs and insurance goals, using guided questions about their reasons for seeking insurance.

Schedule appointments for leads with underwriters to complete the insurance application process.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions and statuses in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly quotas for calls made and appointments set.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales, preferably in the insurance sector.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade.

Comfortable working with CRM software and handling customer data securely.

Knowledge of life insurance products, especially Indexed Universal Life policies, is a plus.

Ability to work independently in a remote setting if applicable.
