• Develop and implement automated lead generation strategies to identify potential life insurance customers.
• Utilize advanced tools and technologies to create seamless workflows for capturing, nurturing, and converting leads.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to design and deploy targeted email campaigns, utilizing automation to engage prospects effectively.
• Integrate CRM systems and other relevant tools to track and manage lead interactions and conversion progress.
• Work closely with underwriting and sales teams to ensure a smooth transition of leads into the sales pipeline.
• Analyze data and performance metrics to continuously refine and optimize automation processes.
• Implement AI and machine learning techniques to enhance lead segmentation, scoring, and personalization.
• Monitor and manage chatbots and virtual assistants to provide timely and accurate information to potential clients.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend and implement innovative automation solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of automation processes with existing systems.
Qualifications:
• Proven track record of successfully implementing automation solutions in the insurance or financial industry, preferably in life insurance lead generation.
• Proficiency in utilizing automation platforms such as Zapier, Integromat, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and chatbot technologies.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Knowledge of AI, machine learning, and data-driven personalization techniques is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Problem-solving mindset and the ability to troubleshoot issues related to automation processes.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies is beneficial.
