Job Summary:

As a Lifecycle and Retention Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing, auditing, and managing our email and SMS marketing programs. Your primary focus will be on driving customer engagement, retention, and loyalty through strategic lifecycle campaigns. This role requires expertise in email and SMS marketing tools, as well as proficiency in design collaboration tools.

Responsibilities:
-Develop, implement, and optimize lifecycle marketing strategies aimed at enhancing customer retention and loyalty.
-Audit existing email and SMS marketing programs to identify opportunities for improvement and increased effectiveness.
-Manage end-to-end execution of email and SMS campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with marketing objectives.
-Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and consistent messaging across all customer touchpoints.
-Utilize data-driven insights to segment audiences and personalize messaging for improved engagement and retention.
-Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and provide actionable insights to optimize campaign effectiveness.
-Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in email and SMS marketing to continuously enhance strategies.
-Conduct A/B tests and experiments to optimize content, messaging, and delivery timings.
-Collaborate with the design team using Figma for design reviews, ensuring creative assets align with campaign objectives.

Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
-Atleast 3 years of work experience in lifecycle marketing or retention-focused roles.
-Experience with Attentive for SMS marketing
-Proficiency in Klaviyo for email marketing
-Familiarity with Figma for design collaboration and review
-Strong expertise in email and SMS marketing strategies, tools, and best practices.
-Proficiency in utilizing data analytics to drive decision-making and campaign optimization.
-Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
-Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to optimize customer engagement and retention.
-Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
-Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive results.
