The Role is:
Construction Project Coordinator and Support

Description:
As a Construction Project Coordinator, you would be working with our Site Supervisor providing coordination of field activities related to the project along with managing the project schedule throughout the project lifecycle.  You will assist with securing materials and/or equipment required to complete the project while working with our field staff, providing our clients with great experiences. You are the critical link between our Field Team and the Office Team and ensure the project receives the support it needs at all times.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepare the project schedule ensuring that it is updated and adjusted throughout the lifecycle of the project.  Review any conflicts and escalate them to appropriate leadership for resolution.
Create, maintain, and update Project contact sheets and information sheets.
Prepare, submit, and track project specific submittals, requests for information and project close-out documents.
Prepare, submit, and track project permit applications and related documents.
Register Manufacturer warranties.
Generate Change Orders to support field work.
Organize and Maintain Project Files
Perform general administrative duties.
Communicate project progress, challenges, opportunities, and any other relevant information to the appropriate individual assigned by the company.
Communicate billing milestones to the financial departments as needed and with all supporting documentation.
Communicate sales opportunities to the sales department as needed.
Ensure all work is on time, organized, complete and pertains all relevant information.
Assist with procuring materials and other items necessary for completing project goals.
Coordinate with project managers and other project leads following project execution.

Preferred Skills:
Software – D-Tools SI experience.
Software – Microsoft Suite (EXCEL, TEAMS, WORD, OUTLOOK, ACCESS, POWERPOINT, SHAREPOINT)
Organizational – Gannt Chart creation, updating and presentation.
Communication – Verbal, Written, Team in English
Others – Time Management, Computers
