Job Description

We’re looking for someone long-term who really enjoys working in an online environment with no pressure or drama. If you love growing website traffic – this job is for you.

Looking to work with a link building expert to help us improve our site’s authority by creating inbound backlinks for our niche blogs.

Detailed Responsibilities

You’ll be working under the supervision of our SEO strategist. Your primary responsibilities include:

+ Perform a link gap analysis.
+ Create a comprehensive link building plan.
+ Create daily reports on overall link building efforts.
+ Acquire 10-15 links/month

Required Technical Skills & Experience

To qualify, you must be familiar with at least (4) items:
+ Link building tactics like:
– Find free guest post opportunities
– Email outreach
– Infographics
– Link swaps
– Broken Link Building
– Skyscraper Technique
– Resource Pages
– Influencer Outreach
+ Be an expert with ahrefs to uncover link prospects.
+ Never purchases links, but sponsored guest posting is OK – sometimes.
+ Never place links on PBNs.
+ Never engage in any black hat tactics.
+ Have basic SEO knowledge.

Soft Skills

We work in a fast-paced industry. So our candidate must be:

+ A fast learner.
+ Pays close attention to detail.
+ Follows instructions to the letter.

Desired Technical Platforms

To be hired, you’ll need to have strong outreach skills and good SEO skills with the following platforms:

+ ahrefs.
+ Google Analytics.
+ Google Search Console.

Work Schedule & Holidays

+ This is a full-time position, Mondays to Fridays.
+ Hours are flexible, but we’d need you online for 10 minutes weekly for update meetings.
+ You’ll qualify for 3 vacation leaves and 3 sick leaves after a 6-month evaluation period.
+ We honor most Filipino holidays except for All Saints and All Souls Day.

Salary

$200 – $300 (USD) per month for full-time work (40 hours a week). Annual raises are available.

Training Provided

If accepted, we’ll provide training on our project management tool – ClickUp. It’s very easy to learn.
