AGENIX Digital is looking for a Full-time Link Building Assistant who will help handle off-page SEO initiatives for client websites using white and gray hat strategies.
Setup: Remote (with option to go hybrid), Flexible Full-time
Responsibilities during/after training:
1. Analyze Backlink Profile: Conduct a comprehensive analysis of client websites’ backlink profiles to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities. Determine the types of links needed to improve overall SEO performance.
2. Identify Target Pages and Anchor Texts: Collaborate with the SEO team to identify target pages and anchor texts for each link-building campaign. Ensure that anchor texts align with SEO best practices and client objectives.
3. Prospect Relevant Websites: Utilize various tools and resources to identify relevant and authoritative websites for link-building opportunities. Maintain a well-curated list of potential partners.
4. Setup Outreach Emails: Craft and customize effective outreach emails to initiate contact with potential link partners. Ensure personalized and compelling communication to maximize positive responses.
5. Research Trending Topics: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and conduct research to identify trending and interesting topics. Seed these topics to relevant news websites for increased exposure.
6. Coordinate Link-Building Assets: Collaborate with the content team to brainstorm and coordinate the creation of link-building assets such as infographics, guest posts, and other valuable resources.
7. Competition Research: Perform thorough research on competitors to analyze their backlink and advertising link strategies. Use this data to gain insights and develop effective link-building approaches.
8. Provide Recommendations: Offer recommendations to the Content and SEO teams on how to improve the chances of gaining high-quality backlinks. Contribute to content ideation and promotion strategies.
9. Monitor Backlink Profile: Regularly monitor our website’s backlink profile using appropriate tools. Analyze the performance of acquired backlinks and identify areas for improvement.
10. Report to Higher Management: Prepare and present detailed reports on link-building efforts, backlink profile changes, and the impact on organic traffic and rankings to higher management.
Qualifications:
1. Fluency in Google Workspace Apps: Demonstrated proficiency in using Google Workspace Apps, including Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Drive, to efficiently manage outreach campaigns, track progress, and collaborate with team members.
2. Excellent Communication Skills: Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities are critical for successful outreach and relationship building.
3. Organizational and Analytical Skills: Ability to manage multiple outreach campaigns, track progress, and analyze the effectiveness of link-building efforts.
4. Result-Oriented: A proactive mindset with a focus on achieving measurable results and contributing to the overall success of our clients’ SEO campaigns.
5. Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to evolving SEO practices and algorithm changes, while continuously seeking ways to improve link-building strategies.
6. Team Player: Capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams, including content writers and SEO specialists, to achieve collective goals.
