Job Description:
As a Digital Outreach Specialist at Linenly, you will play a crucial role in driving organic traffic and improving the online authority of our ecommerce site through effective link building and email outreach strategies. You will collaborate closely with our marketing and SEO teams to develop and execute outreach campaigns that enhance our website’s search engine rankings and increase brand visibility.

Responsibilities:

Link Building:

Research and identify high-quality websites, blogs, and online platforms relevant to our industry for potential link placements.
Develop and maintain relationships with bloggers, media and influencers to secure backlinks to our site.
Execute link building campaigns using ethical and white-hat SEO practices to improve our website’s domain authority.
Email Outreach:

Create personalized outreach emails to engage with target websites and influencers for link building opportunities, guest blogging, and collaborations.

Implement email outreach campaigns to promote our products, content, and brand partnerships.
Monitor and track email performance metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, and response rates, to optimize outreach strategies.

Content Collaboration:

Collaborate with our content team to create compelling content assets (articles, infographics, videos) for outreach purposes.
Pitch content ideas and collaborate with external partners for content distribution and syndication.
Ensure content alignment with SEO goals and target keywords to maximize visibility and engagement.

Reporting and Analysis:

Track and analyze the performance of outreach campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics, Ahrefs, and SEMrush.
Provide regular reports on link acquisition progress, email outreach metrics, and campaign effectiveness.
Identify opportunities for improvement and optimization based on data insights and industry trends.

Requirement:

Experienced in tools buzzstream, moz, , semrush, ahrefs, google search console and etc.
Proven experience in digital outreach, link building, or SEO, preferably within an ecommerce or digital marketing agency environment.
Strong understanding of SEO principles and link building best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling outreach emails and pitches.
Familiarity with outreach tools and platforms such as BuzzStream, MOZ, , Semrush, Ahrefs, Featured, Qwoted and HARO and etc.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
