We’re looking for a driven and creative person that loves a challenge to join our team.
You will need at least one-year of link building and a proven track record of consistently achieving building links in a previous role.
We are looking for someone who can come in and immediately add value to our business by taking over some of our client outreach campaigns.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You will spend your entire workday inside Pitchbox, our outreach tool of choice. You will be responsible for vetting prospects’ websites, answering prospects’ emails, and negotiating and closing the deals (ie building links).
We have a very relaxed work environment. You will be given daily targets to meet for each campaign you work on and there will be zero micromanagement. As long as you hit your daily targets you can work whenever and wherever you like.
You will not be expected to be online at any specific time of day or night and you will not be expected to respond to your boss on Slack immediately after they message you.
It’s important to note that this specific role can be repetitive in nature. You will do the same handful of tasks each and every day. However, you will also be given space to try out new approaches in negotiating and link building.
ROLE RESPONSABILITIES
You will be responsible for handling the outreach campaigns of 1-3 different websites. Each and every day you will be responsible for the following tasks:
-Crafting outreach email templates and follow-ups
-Responding to large quantities of inbound emails
-Matching and filtering emails in various email inboxes
-Negotiating link placements
-Chasing up link leads in your pipeline
-Accurately recording successful links and links in progress
REQUIRED SKILLS:
To succeed in this role you will need to already possess the following skills:
-One year of proven link-building experience
-Great written and spoken English communication skills
-Strong email negotiation skills
-Be a clear and direct communicator
-Be well organized and possess great attention to detail
-Be able to manage lots of moving pieces at the same time
-Have a proven track record of successfully working remotely
-Bonus – Previous experience using Pitchbox is an advantage
-Bonus – Previous link-building experience is an advantage

COMPENSATION
This role will begin with a monthly base salary of $800 USD per month and a trial period that may last up to 3 months. Once the trial period is complete you will be eligible to earn bonuses for hitting your monthly link targets.
