Job Description

The position is a:
– Participate, support, post content and grow a community of LinkedIn experts. Share content, grow the community, recruit new members, set community standards, and advocate.
– Compensation. 1. $10 to join the community, $10 each month ongoing. $25 to recruit 25 new users, a free Arrow account, and access to content.
– This is a part-time position, 5 to 7 hours per week.

Duties and responsibilities

Work every day to build the LI community on Skool by posting and sharing daily content around using LinkedIn and Sales Navigator, specifically focused tips, tricks, and insights leveraging growth. Tips, tricks, insights, videos, shared content, videos and more.

Using Arrow (our platform) to post content daily on LinkedIn to recruit new members to the Skool community. Post content on other platforms like Redditt, forums, or more to focus on driving new users to the community.

Use AI to make content.

Fill out the tracker on posting and performance, and submit the tracker for incentives.

Generate, edit, publish, and share social media posts tailored to share insights on how to best use LI and SN in the Skool community.
Generate, edit, publish, and share content to promote the LI/SN community on social media.
Utilize Arrow AI and AI tools such as chat GPT, custom GPTs, and others to generate post copy and emojis, and other written content.
Fill out the tracker and track the results
Recruit users to join the community via social media posting
Drive users to webinars and other events to learn more.
Attend all training, meetings, and management requirements
Participate in evaluations, provide feedback and get feedback, and implement learnings to improve.

Qualifications

Qualifications include:
Solution-focused media management and media creation.
Demonstrated ability to manage social media accounts.
Demonstrated ability to achieve and surpass goal/KPI’s
Work with a team, communicate effectively and regularly
Accept and provide feedback professionally
Provide regular reporting

Working conditions

The position requires professional conduct, appearance and following corporate policy, guidelines, HR policy at all times.
As a remote company we expect our team to be able to work within an asynchronous working style, be available for meetings when they are agreed upon and fulfill the duties and requirements listed above.

Physical requirements

Typing and use of a monitor for 80% of the work day or more.
