Operations role to manage Arrow accounts to create and post content on Linked In business pages for small and mediums size businesses in the United States

Duties and responsibilities

Using Arrow and other AI content management and creation platforms, create and post content on businesses’s Linked In profiles. Report, troubleshoot, and use operations and procedures provided by the company including training, meetings, and daily communications.

Generate, edit, publish, and share social media posts tailored for each specific social media platform
Design and build social media posts with logos and messaging according to the guidelines of the business
Utilize Arrow AI and AI tools such as chat GPT, custom GPTs, and others to generate post copy and emojis, other written content
New Post creation / 50 per day (We have and AI platform that can do this)
Customize 3rd party value-added content (reposting industry news, memes, and more)
Assess social media accounts for performance (likes, follows, engagement)
Invite visitors to like and follow the page
Analyzing success and needs for improvement. I.e. what is getting used and what is getting
skipped in the product.
Creating and maintaining a diversity of styles artistically while not losing the business’s tone.
Able to pick up additional small projects and tasks for the betterment of the tool and the company.
Creative projects as needed
Attend all training, meetings, and management requirements
Participate in evaluations, provide feedback and get feedback, and implement learnings to improve.

Qualifications

Qualifications include:
Solution-focused media management and media creation.
Demonstrated ability to manage social media accounts.
Demonstrated ability to achieve and surpass goals/KPI’s
Work with a team, communicate effectively and regularly
Accept and provide feedback professionally
Provide regular reporting

Working conditions

The position requires professional conduct, appearance and following corporate policy, guidelines, HR policy at all times.
As a remote company, we expect our team to be able to work within an asynchronous working style, be available for meetings when they are agreed upon, and fulfill the duties and requirements listed above.

Physical requirements

Typing and use of a monitor for 80% of the work day or more.
