Client Overview:
The client is a leading B2B lead generation company specializing in LinkedIn Ads and email marketing. They deliver pre-qualified leads to clients’ inboxes using a proprietary GDPR and CAN-Spam compliant software. Their services include composing personalized email sequences and managing large-scale email campaigns. The business has sent over 10 million B2B emails with high engagement rates and has generated over $1 billion in sales pipeline for over 2,000 clients across various industries.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for:
Planning and executing high-performing LinkedIn Ads campaigns across various industries.
Conducting in-depth audience research to identify and target ideal customers
Building customised proposals (media plans) for clients during the onboarding process
Building, managing, and optimising ad strategies (campaigns) for maximum engagement and conversions
Analysing campaign data and providing actionable insights to clients and performing necessary campaign optimisations to enhance performance
Providing post-campaign analyses of campaign data to highlight areas of improvement to keep clients engaged and boost client retention
Staying current with the latest trends and best practices in LinkedIn advertising.
Working collaboratively with the account management team to ensure client satisfaction.
We have an in-house copywriter and graphic designer so your role is purely strategy based.
We’re looking for someone who:
Has 2+ years’ experience managing paid advertising campaigns on LinkedIn.
Possesses a strong understanding of campaign optimisation strategies and A/B testing.
Has a data-driven mindset and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Has a passion for social media marketing and a keen eye for compelling ad creative.
Experience with conversion tracking and analytics platforms is a plus.
