LINKEDIN OUTBOUND LEAD GENERATION SPECIALIST
Job Summary: Responsible for identifying potential clients and initiating contact through LinkedIn to generate leads and expand our customer base.
Responsibilities:
– Employ LinkedIn Sales Navigator alongside other resources to pinpoint prospective leads in specified industries and market areas.
– Research to grasp the requirements and challenges faced by potential customers.
– Craft and implement strategies for outbound engagement with potential clients through LinkedIn messages, email, and various other platforms.
– Tailor communication to effectively convey the benefits of our offerings to potential clients.
– Foster and sustain relationships with potential leads to guide them through the sales process.
– Screen leads using established benchmarks to arrange appointments or demonstrations for the sales team.
– Keep abreast of current trends, best practices, and new technologies in the domain of LinkedIn outbound lead generation.
– Regularly report on the progress of lead generation efforts to the leadership team.
-Respond to comments on LinkedIn as a show of engagement.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
2. Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
3. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
4. A results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets.
5. Comfortable with doing repetitive work.
6. Has keen attention to detail.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. 2 years of proven experience in outbound lead generation, preferably in a B2B setting.
3. Expertise in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other sales prospecting tools.
4. Knowing about Amazon Seller Central is a plus.
5. Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
