We’re Hiring a LinkedIn Community Manager to develop and grow our followers and online community!

Your responsibilities will involve some of these areas:

– LinkedIn: you must have a LinkedIn profile

– English and Experience: you must have excellent English skills and you will show us that you have done Community Management before

– Engage with Linkedin members: you will regularly monitor and respond to comments, questions, and discussions within the LinkedIn community

– Content creation and curation: you will develop and share relevant and engaging content such as articles, industry news, thought leadership pieces, and updates that align with the community’s interests and goals.

– Community growth and outreach: you will actively promote the community by reaching out to potential members, influencers, and industry leaders to encourage participation and expand the network.

– Analyze and report on community metrics: you will monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as follower growth, engagement levels, and content reach. Your use of data insights will help you share trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement for our business

– Develop and implement community guidelines: You will create Standard Operating Processes (SOP’s) and enforce community guidelines to ensure respectful and productive interactions among members, moderating discussions if necessary.

– Stay up to date with industry trends: you will be aware of industry news, trends, and best practices related to community management and social media to provide valuable insights and drive continuous improvement.

– Collaborate with influencers and industry experts: you will identify and engage with influential individuals or subject matter experts who can contribute to the community’s growth and enhance its reputation.

Payment:

You will be paid a minimum of 500 AUD per month up to 800 AUD per month. Your experience result in the final payment so if you have done this before and can handle all activities you will be paid the higher rate.

We include holiday and sick leave pay in our monthly pay so you will get all the benefits.

This is a permanent role and you will be a contractor to our business, for a long term career with growth, training and development.
