We are on the lookout for a LinkedIn Copywriter & Social Media Manager – a dynamic professional ready to define and refine the narrative of our brand across multiple social platforms, with a primary focus on LinkedIn. This role involves more than just copywriting; it’s about becoming the voice and visual storyteller behind our brand’s identity.
As our dedicated social media manager, you will work full-time, remotely, focusing on creating and managing content that brings our brand to life. This contract role offers a yearly compensation of $12,000, with $2,000/year in bonuses linked to performance metrics such as follower growth, engagement rates, and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Daily Posting and Engagement: Post compelling content daily at 9 AM EST on LinkedIn and engage with comments and messages across all platforms until noon EST.
• Content Creation & Optimization: Develop 15+ pieces/week of engaging content with emotionally impactful hooks that generate curiosity and drive traffic, specifically tailored for LinkedIn while ensuring it resonates across other social media platforms.
• Visual Content Design: Design images, carousels, and other visual content that enhances text posts and drives greater interaction.
• Multi-Platform Social Media Management: Ensure consistent brand presence by reposting content on other social media platforms, responding to all comments, and managing incoming messages promptly.
Qualifications:
• Real Estate and Investment Writing: Must possess the ability to authoritatively write about real estate and investment funds, using clear and professional English.
• Proven Copywriting Skills: Demonstrated ability to craft compelling content that engages a business-savvy audience and drives emotional engagement.
• Visual Design Proficiency: Skilled in creating graphical content that complements digital narratives.
• Strong Engagement Skills: Proven ability to actively engage with and grow an online community.
• Data-Driven: Experienced in using analytics to guide content strategies and measure engagement outcomes.
Availability Requirement:
• Flexible Hours: Core hours for posting and engagement are from 9 AM to noon EST; additional content creation and design work can be completed flexibly.
• Regular Strategic Meetings: Participate in strategy meetings 3x/week to align on goals and discuss content performance.
