Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Inbox Manager to manage and maintain our founder’s LinkedIn and email inbox efficiently. As an Inbox Manager, you will be responsible for responding to messages, engaging with connections, and ensuring a high level of professionalism and communication. This role requires excellent organization and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of LinkedIn etiquette.

As a part of the interview process, you will be asked to complete a take home assignment. It should not take more than 2 hours to complete.

Responsibilities:
– Respond to LinkedIn messages promptly and professionally.
– Engage with connections and build meaningful relationships.
– Prioritize and manage incoming messages efficiently.
– Assist in scheduling meetings and follow-ups.
– Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
– Keep a record of conversations and interactions.
– Report on inbox performance and suggest improvements.

Requirements:
– Proven experience in LinkedIn and email inbox management.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Exceptional attention to detail and organization.
– Familiarity with LinkedIn features and etiquette.
– Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
– Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
– Reliable internet access and a suitable workspace.

Qualifications:
– Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, preferably in marketing, research, or business development.
– Proven experience working with startup CEOs.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Proficiency in social media platforms, email marketing tools, and research tools.
– Strong organizational and time management skills.
– High attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
– Access to a stable internet connection and a reliable computer.
