I am looking for a reliable, diligent, kind, and hard-working professional to join our fantastic team of people as our LinkedIn Engagement Manager.

This is a role that we expect to expand considerably over the coming months, so we are looking for an experienced person who is ready to grow along with us.

**The Role: LinkedIn Engagement Manager

Manage our daily engagement on LinkedIn
+Like and comment on other people’s posts in George’s voice
+Respond to comments on George’s posts in George’s voice to keep the conversation going
+Look for creative ways to further spread our content and gain followers

Research, design, and produce future posts
+Initially, George will give you research assignments for upcoming posts (example: “compile a list of the top 10 performing posts on workplace culture”).
+Once you are more accustomed to our content and voice, you will play a much bigger role in design and producing creative assets for LinkedIn (infographics, carousels, and cheat sheets).

Other Social Media
+After a few months, we may ask for your help in launching accounts on other social media platforms, including Twitter/X, Instagram, and YouTube.

Other Email List
+We may also ask for your help down the road on email list management, email list growth, and email content creation.

Requirements
+Extremely strong reading and writing English communication skills – must be able to quickly read posts and comment in George’s voice on LinkedIn
+Very strong attention to detail
+Positive “can do” attitude, and a willingness to take on tasks of any size and learn new things
+Willingness to work hard
+Optional: Experience with LinkedIn content management is a big plus
+Optional: Experience with graphic design is a plus
+Optional: Experience with Instagram, Twitter/X, YouTube, email lists, and audio and video production are nice to have.

Schedule
+2 hours daily between 7:30 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. Eastern Time (United States East Coast)
—NOTE: We encourage work-life balance. While we post and need help 7 days a week, we understand days off are important. This might end up being 2 people who each cover 3-5 days. Or, 1 person can cover all 7 days *IF* they outline a clear plan for how they will make sure they’re still maintaining work-life balance.
+1-2 additional hours each day at any time (completely flexible). Outside of the daily window between 7:30 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. Eastern Time, there will be at least 1-2 additional hours of work each day, which are totally flexible.
+Additional hours over time. We may very quickly increase the hours and responsibilities if things are going well up to a full time position.

Pay
+$4 to $8 per hour depending on experience.
+If the candidate is successful, there will be opportunities for increased hours, and then increased pay and bonuses

***Please note: Our number two bullet in the Requirements list above was “very strong attention to detail.” We will not review applications that don’t follow these instructions above.

If you are invited to the next round, there will be a written and creative task that will be paid.

If successful at this stage, there will then be a short video call between us, and video and spoken English will be required.
