RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Utilize the advanced features of LinkedIn and Sales Navigator to meticulously identify and connect with potential business coaching clients within thetarget audience, while crafting and sending compelling, tailored pre-written messages designed to pique interest, stimulate inquiries, and establishmeaningful connections.
* Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to not only maximize lead generation but also enhance the conversion of leads into actionableopportunities.
* Continuously refine and adapt outreach methods based on analytics and market trends to ensure a dynamic and effective approach.
* Exhibit a high level of responsibility in managing consultation calls, seamlessly guiding the process from lead generation to appointment scheduling, andutilize effective communication skills to articulate the value proposition and facilitate a positive and engaging interaction throughout the consultations.
* Maintain a meticulous record of scheduled appointments, systematically organizing them within Pipedrive for streamlined lead best practices for data entry and categorization, ensuring the CRM system is a reliable resource for tracking and analyzing lead progression.
* Implement a systematic and strategic approach to lead follow-up to foster consistent and positive engagement.
* Utilize various communication channels and personalized touchpoints to nurture leads through the sales funnel, adapting strategies based on leadresponsiveness.
* Set and pursue clear targets for the required number of appointments, consistently employing effective follow-up strategies to meet or exceed thesegoals, and regularly assess and adjust the approach to overcome challenges and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
* Undertake administrative responsibilities associated with lead generation and appointment scheduling, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in all tasks.
* Organize and streamline processes to enhance the effectiveness of administrative tasks, freeing up time for more strategic contributions.
* Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of all communications and interactions within the CRM system.
* Regularly review and update records to ensure a real-time reflection of the lead generation pipeline and client engagement status.
* Cultivate an open and communicative rapport with the mentor, consistently updating on lead generation progress, while actively seeking guidance andfeedback to refine strategies and align efforts with overarching business goals.
* Engage proactively with the broader team, sharing insights, learnings, and successes, actively participating in collaborative discussions to optimize leadgeneration strategies and contribute to the overall success of the team and the business.

QUALIFICATIONS:
* At least 3 years of hands-on experience, demonstrating proficiency in navigating LinkedIn Sales Navigator for effective lead generation and sales strategies.
* Proven track record in CRM management, emphasizing meticulous attention to detail, adept follow-up strategies, and successful client relationship management.
* Strong capabilities in employing various lead generation techniques, crafting compelling messaging strategies, and fostering engaging group interactions tobuild solid connections with potential clients.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating the establishment of genuine and lasting connections that drive successful client acquisition.
* Knowledgeable in working with CRM systems, particularly adept in Pipedrive, ensuring seamless lead management and organizational efficiency.
* Demonstrates adaptability to evolving responsibilities and a proactive attitude, with a willingness to take on additional tasks as needed for the success ofthe team.
