The Role:
As a LinkedIn Lead Generation Specialist, you will drive our growth by identifying and engaging potential clients on LinkedIn. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, analytical skills, and interpersonal savvy to initiate conversations that lead to genuine connections and business opportunities.

Working remotely for 20 hours per week, you will leverage our wealth of content to attract and nurture leads, playing a key role in expanding our clientele and reinforcing our position as industry leaders.

Responsibilities:
– Utilize LinkedIn to identify and connect with potential leads, applying targeted engagement strategies to introduce our high-ticket offers.
– Engage in meaningful conversations on LinkedIn, representing our brand as a valuable and insightful resource within our industry.
– Implement and refine lead nurturing strategies to convert connections into consultations or sales.
– Provide weekly reports on lead generation metrics, insights, and the effectiveness of engagement strategies.
– Manage content distribution on our LinkedIn page, aligning with lead generation goals and maintaining consistent brand messaging.

Requirements:
Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or a similar role with a focus on LinkedIn.
Excellent communication and networking skills, with the ability to engage prospects effectively and maintain a professional brand image.
Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other lead generation tools and techniques.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently within a remote setting.
Strategic thinker with a keen understanding of the consulting and training industry, capable of identifying high-potential leads.
