Job Description: LinkedIn Lead Generation Specialist

Position: LinkedIn Lead Generation Specialist

Location: Remote (UK business hours)

Pay: $4 per hour

Bonus Scheme:
– 0-4 Meetings: No Bonus
– 5-9 Meetings: $5 per Meeting
– 10-14 Meetings: $10 per Meeting
– 15+ Meetings: $15 per Meeting

Additional bonus of $15 for each completed sale.

Job Responsibilities:
– Build a list of 160 prospects every Monday.
– Message 40 prospects daily from Tuesday to Friday.
– Track all activities and progress in Google Sheets.
– Collaborate closely with the entire team.
– Attend and present in client meetings as needed.
– Suggest script and targeting edits based on client interactions.

Requirements:
– Minimum 3 years of experience using LinkedIn and Sales Navigator.
– Excellent communication skills.
– Presentable and professional for client-facing interactions.
– Must be friendly, hardworking, and a team player.
– Willingness to undergo training provided by the company.
– Available to work UK business hours.
