Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a LinkedIn Lead Generation Appointment Setter. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new leads and scheduling appointments with potential clients via LinkedIn.

Responsibilities:

– Conduct thorough research on LinkedIn to identify potential clients and decision makers in target industries and markets

– Reach out to prospects via LinkedIn messaging, email, and/or phone to introduce our company and services, and to schedule appointments with our sales team

– Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and ensure timely communication throughout the sales cycle

– Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all communication and lead generation activities in our CRM

– Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and refine lead generation strategies and tactics

– Meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation and appointment setting goals

– Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and activity, such as the number of outbound calls and messages, response rates, appointment set rates, and conversion rates

– Continuously analyze and optimize lead generation and appointment setting processes to improve performance and efficiency

Requirements:

– At least 2 years of experience in lead generation, appointment setting, or sales development in a B2B environment

– Proven track record of success in generating leads and scheduling appointments via LinkedIn

– Fluent in English, both verbally and written

– Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and persuasive demeanor

– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment

– Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other sales enablement tools
