Job Role:
ZaranTech is seeking a dynamic and results-driven LinkedIn Lead Generation Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leveraging both paid marketing strategies and organic techniques to generate high-quality leads on LinkedIn. As a LinkedIn Lead Gen Expert, you will play a critical role in expanding our reach and increasing the enrollment in our SAP technology courses.

Job Description:

• Develop and execute effective LinkedIn lead generation strategies to meet or exceed monthly lead generation targets.
• Manage LinkedIn paid advertising campaigns to maximize ROI and drive targeted traffic to our offerings.
• Optimize and fine-tune paid campaigns based on performance data and market trends.
• Create and curate engaging content tailored to our target audience to support organic lead generation efforts.
• Build and nurture relationships with potential leads through LinkedIn engagement and communication.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align LinkedIn lead gen efforts with broader marketing strategies.
• Monitor and analyze lead generation metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in LinkedIn lead generation.
• Continuously assess and improve the effectiveness of lead generation tactics.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in LinkedIn lead generation, including both paid marketing and organic techniques.
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn algorithm and best practices.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding lead generation targets.
• In-depth knowledge of LinkedIn advertising platforms and tools.
• Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Familiarity with SAP technology or the EdTech industry is a plus.
• Relevant certifications in digital marketing or LinkedIn advertising are a plus
