Responsibilities:
Utilise LinkedIn and other platforms to research and identify potential leads within target industries and segments.
Initiate contact with prospects through personalised messages, connection requests, and other outreach strategies to generate interest in our products/services.
Qualify leads by conducting thorough needs assessments and understanding their pain points and business challenges.
Schedule appointments and demonstrations for our sales team with qualified leads, ensuring a steady pipeline of opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions and activities in our CRM system.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and refine messaging and outreach strategies.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new tools to continuously improve lead generation efforts.
Requirements:
Proven experience in lead generation and appointment setting, preferably in a B2C environment.
Expertise in using LinkedIn for prospecting and lead generation.
Excellent English communication skills and confidence in phone conversations, with the ability to effectively engage with prospects and build rapport.
Self-motivated and results-driven, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets.
Ability to provide a video recording and, if possible, previous sales metrics and close rates.
Highly organised
Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
