Job Description:
Childcare Business Mastery is seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generator / Appointment Setter to join our dynamic team. As a key contributor to our growth and success, you will play a vital role in identifying and connecting with potential clients in the childcare industry. Your primary responsibilities will include generating leads, initiating contact with prospective clients, and setting appointments for our expert consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:
Research and identify potential childcare businesses, preschools, and daycare centers that may benefit from our consulting services.
Utilize various lead generation tools, platforms, and databases to create a list of qualified leads.
Maintain a database of potential clients and update it regularly.

Outreach and Engagement:
Initiate outbound calls, emails, and social media messages to engage potential clients.
Effectively communicate the benefits of Childcare Business Mastery’s services and solutions.
Build and maintain relationships with leads, addressing their questions and concerns.

Appointment Setting:
Qualify and assess leads to ensure they meet our criteria.
Schedule appointments for our expert consultants with qualified prospects.
Provide timely and accurate information to the sales team regarding scheduled appointments.

Follow-Up and Reporting:
Maintain organized records of interactions and follow-up activities with leads.
Provide regular reports on lead generation and appointment-setting activities.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead-generation strategies.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in lead generation, appointment setting, or telemarketing is a plus.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
