Our client is a UK-based recruitment business owner specializing in the automotive industry. Despite the UK location, this role operates during Philippine time, from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.

As a Virtual Assistant, your primary role is to support her in expanding her recruitment business. This position requires meticulous adherence to established systems and processes, which you will be trained on.

Key responsibilities include:
-LinkedIn Mastery: Proficiency in leveraging LinkedIn to source and connect with potential leads is essential.
-Data Entry and Research: Accurately compile comprehensive details of potential leads.
-Candidate Outreach: Engage with individuals for specific roles within the automotive industry.

-We are looking for long-term VAs, so aside from the base rate, there will be a pay rise of Php1,000.00 quarterly.
-A day shift job in a work-from-home setting.
-Works Monday to Friday, 8 hrs. a day including lunch break.
