Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled LinkedIn Marketing Specialist to join our team and help us grow our clinic by increasing physician referrals, attracting qualified physical therapists, and setting up an automated email trigger system for our patient list. The ideal candidate will have experience in LinkedIn marketing, B2B outreach, and email marketing automation.

Responsibilities:

• Create and manage LinkedIn campaigns targeting physicians and healthcare professionals to increase referrals to our clinic.
• Develop and implement strategies for building and nurturing relationships with physicians and healthcare professionals on LinkedIn.
• Use LinkedIn to identify and reach out to qualified physical therapists for potential employment opportunities at our clinic.
• Set up an automated email trigger system to engage and nurture our patient list, providing them with useful information, updates, and promotions.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of LinkedIn campaigns and email marketing efforts, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
• Collaborate with the clinic’s management team to align LinkedIn and email marketing strategies with overall business goals.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in LinkedIn marketing, B2B outreach, and email marketing automation.
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn’s advertising platform and best practices for B2B marketing.
• Proficient in email marketing automation tools, such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or HubSpot.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with the healthcare or physical therapy industry is a plus.
