We provide Fractional CFO, Controllership and Bookkeeping services for fast-growing eCommerce Brands and Agencies from Canada, the United States and the United Kingdom with one goal in mind:
To help eCommerce business owners scale their businesses with more cash and less stress.
This requires a broad range of skills including financial modeling, risk management, understanding of US/Canadian GAAP, financing, audit, investor relations and more.
We are small but growing fast which means you will get the chance to specialize and grow into future roles such as Marketing Director.
Lastly, as you might expect of a finance company, we work really hard when we need to, but we don’t work hard just for the sake of it. We don’t miss our kids’ concerts, we work out during the day and we usually sign off early on Fridays.

About the position
You will be responsible for growing our CEO’s presence on Linkedin first and foremost. You will publish content that’s helpful, encouraging and challenging.
You will post content every day.
Your secondary goals will include growing our presence on Twitter, our newsletter (which doesn’t exist yet) and our blog (which doesn’t exist yet).
You will search for questions we can answer on Linkedin, Twitter, Reddit, Quora and more. You will answer those questions on each platform and in blog and newsletter articles.
What you will do
Time Zone
You will need to work in the Vancouver, Canada time zone and will work from 8am-4pm.
Develop and Implement Linkedin Strategies
Create and execute a comprehensive LinkedIn marketing strategy tailored to our brand and target audience, focusing on increasing visibility and engagement.
Content Creation and Management
Produce high-quality, engaging content for our LinkedIn page, including posts, articles, and videos. Manage the content calendar to ensure a consistent presence on the platform.
Audience Engagement
Actively engage with our followers and relevant LinkedIn groups to build relationships, increase brand loyalty, and foster community.
Analytics and Reporting
Track key metrics using LinkedIn analytics and other tools to measure the effectiveness of marketing strategies. Provide regular reports to management with insights and recommendations for improvement.
Lead Generation
Utilize LinkedIn to generate leads for the business, nurturing these leads through tailored messaging and engagement strategies.
Stay Updated on LinkedIn Trends
Keep abreast of the latest trends, features, and best practices on LinkedIn, adapting our strategy as necessary.
Collaboration
Work closely with CEO, Sales and other team members to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach across all digital platforms.
What you must have
? You have proven experience growing someone’s Linkedin or Twitter presence
? You understand the role Linkedin can play as a marketing tool
? You are an incredible copywriter and communicator
? You’re organized, with strong project management skills
? You are comfortable working independently and with a team
? You make data work for you. You can see trends and use them to your advantage.
Your experience and education
? You have grown someone’s Linkedin or Twitter following exponentially without paying for followers, using bots, or other non-genuine methods.
