We are urgently seeking a highly skilled LinkedIn Sales Navigator Specialist to join our dynamic business development company. As a LinkedIn Sales Navigator Specialist, you will play a crucial role in generating leads and identifying potential clients by utilising the powerful features and functionalities of the LinkedIn Sales Navigator platform. Your expertise in leveraging LinkedIn’s vast network will directly contribute to our company’s growth and success.

Responsibilities:

– Utilise LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and target potential leads in various industries and geographic locations.
– Conduct thorough research to understand prospects’ business needs, challenges, and pain points.
– Build and manage a comprehensive database of leads, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
– Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
– Engage with prospects through personalised messages, InMails, and connection requests to establish meaningful relationships.
– Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with overall business objectives.
– Monitor and analyse key metrics to measure the success of lead-generation campaigns and make data-driven improvements.
– Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and social selling techniques.

Qualifications:

– Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a LinkedIn Sales Navigator Specialist or similar role.
– In-depth knowledge of the LinkedIn platform, including Sales Navigator, and a strong understanding of its features, functionalities, and search capabilities.
– Proven track record of successfully generating high-quality leads and driving business growth using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
– Excellent understanding of lead generation techniques, social selling strategies, and online networking principles.
– Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and engage with prospects effectively.
– Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to optimise lead generation efforts.
– Self-motivated and result-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
– Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools is a plus.
– Experience in B2C sales, marketing, or a related field is highly desirable.

Other administrative tasks

– Attend weekly meetings and huddles as needed
– Work together to strategize and optimise the lead generation and qualification process
– Send EOD report of items done, ongoing, and roadblocks
