Job Description

I am seeking an experienced Lead Generation Specialist proficient in utilizing LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify, connect, and generate high-quality leads. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of achieving and surpassing weekly lead generation targets. If you have a background working with coaches and can demonstrate success in booking calls, I want
to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

1) LinkedIn Sales Navigator Utilization:

Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and qualify potential leads based on defined criteria.
Employ advanced search techniques and filters to pinpoint decision-makers and key contacts.

2) Goal-Oriented Lead Generation:

Maintain a goal-oriented approach, setting and achieving weekly lead generation targets.
Develop and implement effective strategies to maximize lead generation efforts.

3) Coaching Industry Experience (Preferred):

Leverage previous experience in generating leads specifically within the coaching industry.
Demonstrate an understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities associated with lead generation for coaches.

4) Appointment Booking:

Take ownership of meeting the target of 10 calls booked per week.
Implement effective communication strategies to secure commitment from potential leads.

5) Data Management and Reporting:

Ensure accurate and timely recording of lead interactions and relevant information in CRM systems.
Provide regular reports on lead generation activities, progress, and outcomes.

Qualifications:

1) Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in lead generation using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
2) Successful track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets.
3) Familiarity with the coaching industry and previous experience in generating leads for coaches is a significant plus.
4) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5) Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
