Overview – Our company is expanding and we’re looking for an individual to help us launch an online prospecting campaign. We are seeking a hardworking and personable appointment setter to help us engage and manage inbound leads on LinkedIn. You will be applying for the role of Lead Development Representative, and your primary job is to generate qualified appointments for the company by engaging with LinkedIn contacts through a Sr. Member’s personal LinkedIn inbox utilizing a script you’ll be provided. If you are an experienced LinkedIn Appointment Setter and diligent worker, this is a fantastic opportunity to earn a full-time income on a part-time schedule while working online.
Requirements – We are looking for an individual who is:

Responsibilities – If hired as Lead Development Representative, you will be responsible to:
· Login to Sr. Member’s LinkedIn Profile. (Training Provided.)
· Engage with Inbound Prospects using Proven Script. (Script & Training Provided.)
· Following Script, Book 3-5 Appointments per day to Sr. Member’s Calendar (Script Provided.)
· Post pre-written content to Sr Member’s personal LinkedIn profile (Content Provided.)
· Post and Engage in targeted LinkedIn Groups. (Groups Provided.)
· Track and manage lead flow through Google Sheet
· Participate in Daily Accountability & Weekly Training Calls
Compensation – Base pay: ($4USD/Hr, 12Hrs/Wk) + 5% Commission:
1. Base Pay: As a Lead Development Representative, you will be generating leads and booking appointments which will continue to process through our sales cycle. The successful end of the sales cycle will end with the lead becoming a client. Your Base Pay will be paid at a flat-rate of $4USD per hour. You will be required to work 2 hours/day, 6 days per week. 1 hour in the morning US time, and 1 hour in the evening US time.
2. Commission Pay: In addition to the Base Pay, you will receive a 5% commission for any lead which you’ve generated that results in a New Client. This will amount to $125.00USD commission per New Client which again is in addition to the Base Pay.
ex. 4 sales = $192USD per month Base Pay + $500.00USD Commission = $692.00USD per mo. part-time.
