Responsibilities:

– Develop and implement a strategic social media plan aligned with our brand goals
– Create engaging and shareable content across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
– Manage and grow our online communities, fostering meaningful interactions with our audience
– Run targeted social media advertising campaigns to reach the right people
– Analyze social media data and track performance metrics to measure success
– Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels
– Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices

Qualifications:

– 1-2 years of experience in social media marketing
– Strong understanding of different social media platforms and their algorithms
– Excellent writing and communication skills, with a flair for storytelling
– Creative and resourceful, with a passion for creating engaging content
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
– Data-driven approach with a focus on achieving measurable results
– Proficient in social media scheduling and analytics tools
