This will more than likely turn into a full time position if you want it to.

This job post is for a marketing company. I will be strategizing with you and helping you figure out the best way to do the tasks, but I LOVE it when my employees know way more than me, so I will enjoy getting your input.

Here are the tasks:

1) Website Maintenance

2) Build up email list and newsletter (I will help you devise a strategy for this)
– Woorise – quiz, get their email address
– Constant Contact

3) LinkedIn
– Commenting for me (She needs someone who can comment in HER voice…which is going to be hard haha but doable)
– LinkedIn Navigator Target Demographic
– Invite to Podcast

4) Social media
Post twice a week, has to be in my voice

5) Research marketing markets

6) Podcast
– Podcast emails to guests when they book
– Email that these are the questions for the podcast
– Podcast notes on Click to view, etc
– Timestamps on podcast

7) Email Management
– Replying to emails and helping their business clients

8) Client onboarding
– Getting their Google business profile
– Follow the list of what they need to provide to us

9) Emergency Protocol
– VA contact clients in case of emergency

10) Book meetings
